Exhibitor Options

AUVSI offers exhibit space only (bare space) or a hard wall shell scheme package that includes additional furnishings.  Some exhibitors are also eligible to purchase static space to display larger equipment.  Exhibit pricing is outlined below:

* Booth space must be contiguous or it is considered a separate purchase.
** Fee does not apply to island booths.
***You must be an exhibitor with booth space of 400 square feet or more. You must also be a member (Bronze level and higher) in current and good standing from the time of booking through the dates of the conference. Each exhibitor requesting a static space must reserve a minimum of 400 square feet in the display area.

Discounts:

• Member Prices apply only to AUVSI Corporate Members (Bronze level and higher). Membership must be current and in good standing from the time of booking through the dates of the conference. (Contact AUVSI to become a Corporate Member.)
• Government prices apply only to government agencies.

Static Display Space
To purchase space, you must be an exhibitor with booth space of 400 square feet or more. You must also be a corporate member (Bronze level and higher) in current and good standing from the time of booking through the dates of the conference. Each exhibitor requesting a static space must reserve a minimum of 400 square feet in the display area.

Static Display Space includes three (3) complimentary booth personnel registrations (upgrades to full conference registrations are available for a fee).

Static Display Space is intended for equiment and not a booth structure.
